Enter your mobile number as the username and then your password. If this allows access, then click into Profile and check your email address is correct. If the email address is incorrect, you can update it. If your email address is missing, then please add it to your profile.
If this doesn’t work, please contact the school office directly as it’s likely they have an outdated email addresses in their system.
