I cannot see any app content / some of the tabs are blank.

If you are clicking into different areas of the app, but the pages are blank, this is because the school or nursery hasn’t included you in the targeting to be able to view that page.

Just contact the school/nursery and ask them to add you on.

Unfortunately we can’t do this for safeguarding purposes.
