How do I add another parent/family member as a user on the app?

  1. Go into the app and click on Profile, then Additional Contacts towards the bottom.
  2. Choose which priority they should be, either P2, P3 or P4.
  3. Add in their contact details and choose which children they should be a contact for, these will then be sent to the school to approve.
  4. Once the school has approved the additional user, they will receive an invite to the app.
  5. It may take a day or so for the school to approve. If they haven’t please contact them.

Please note that Parentapps can’t approve additional users due to data protection.

If you are unable to see the Additional Contacts option in the Profile section, please contact the school office directly.
